Now that we are not getting streak bonus payouts, where is all that money going?
I think you will find that they were paying out more money than they were getting in with the streak bonuses and that is the reason for the cap.
Are you getting all the tokens you are expecting from daily log ins and/or buddy messaging?
I've been experiencing issues with not getting all my daily log in tokens and/or buddy message tokens. I've contacted OC several times. Each time OC adjusts my tokens but the problems still remain. This has been an issue for me since I started OC over a year ago. Each time OC tells me that it is being looked into. Yesterday I got a message from OC asking me to post this issue in the hopes that if others are also experiencing this, it can be further investigated. (I was told I was the only person reporting this. I do not think I am an isolated case.) You can check your tallies by clicking on the "Use tokens" (under "Rewards") on home page. After clicking on "Use tokens" the next page says "Token marketplace".. Click "Token History". It will show all your history. On the "Buddy" page under "Activity" all your buddy messages are listed. If you are missing tokens this is where to start.

Re: Why can you only withdraw once a month?

One question: will the new month cash out reset the date? I'd like my date to be around the 14 or 15, (like my first cash out on Oct 14) right now it's the 23rd cause I cashed out Sept 23..
From the message it looks like if you wait till Nov 14 you will be good to go.

Re: Trouble connecting Nest
Hi Everyone,
Big news! Our engineering team has just completed the new process to connect your Nest to your OhmConnect account which handles Nest’s two-factor authentication (2FA) smoothly and seamlessly. The process of connecting your Nest is now really quick, and thanks to all your feedback, much more secure - not requiring users to share their Nest credentials in order to connect it to their OhmConnect account.
The new connection process: Either through the “Connect” page on your OhmConnect dashboard (or through the link below), you’ll be taken directly to the Nest login page to log in to your Nest account. Once logged in, you’ll then be prompted to allow OhmConnect authorization to enable Nest’s Eco Temperatures setting during #OhmHours. If you’re already logged in on your computer or device, you’ll be sent directly to the authorization page and have your Nest connected in just one click. Get started here!

Tips & Tricks
Hello everyone! We've turned up the heat this summer — with MEGA #OhmHours and lots of new prizes and rewards! Folks are excited and want to beat their forecast and MEGA goal, but aren't always sure exactly how they can do that.
So, we're starting this thread as a place for everyone to share their best tips & tricks for rocking each and every #OhmHour.
What do you do to make sure you always beat your forecast for a regular #OhmHour? What about if it's a MEGA #OhmHour, what do you do differently? What do you do to make sure your family (or just you!) is in-the-know when there's an #OhmHour coming up?
Reply here and share your wisdom!

Re: OhmConnect--why are you penalizing regular participants in OhmHours with no advance notice?
@Kate from OhmConnect said:
The February 1st event was a standard but unlikely event. We usually receive advance notice that we'll need users to participate in an #OhmHour, but very occasionally we're notified just moments ahead of time. Because we have such little warning, we pass that on to you as quickly as we can -- but it's still not very much time. When this happens, the grid is very strained and really needs our resources.I understand it's frustrating to have little time, but these types of #OhmHours are a part of OhmConnect.
I'm glad you can see it would be frustrating to lose a streak due to little or no notice; and I don't think anyone is suggesting that such events are out of place with OhmConnect; rather, the point the OP seems to be making is that something can be done to make it not frustrating as the frustration is a result of policy, not of the event. There certainly must be some trade-off OhmConnect actively considers, such as how high the bonuses need to be to get people interested and maximize reductions vs how hard those bonuses are to keep(and therefore how much frustration we should face) in order to maintain payouts. If uncommon, little-notice events are one aspect of that trade-off, then it would suffice to say "that's how the program is designed to maintain high incentives and maximize reductions"(I think most people respect the need to maintain profitability); but if it is as you suggest that you simply had little notice therefore participants had little notice, and you would prefer to give us more notice if possible, then the frustration seems to serve no-one and could likely be eliminated. Thanks for listening.

Hi all! We are EXTENDING our contest another week! Share this with other Ohm'ers and remember, we'll be giving out 2000 tokens per applet created and 10,000 points for the winner of each category.
We'll release a poll on this thread for you to vote on the best applet for each category.Any word on when you'll post the poll so we can vote? I've been checking the forums every day so I don't miss it.
@No Pain No Gain , @c6wooden , @asamumas , @UkiwiS : here's the poll for the most fun applet!
This is the poll for the most useful applet. Tagging @noosaaol, @Bstring as well.
Please vote by the end of day tomorrow, 2/8/18, so we can give out our prizes!!
Re: Why didn't I get a notification of upcoming Ohmhour
Hi All:
For those who received less than 5 minutes warning, we're looking into remediation.
