I have attained silver status , having created the account last week and also linking my PGE account with my OhmConnect account. However when I got the email notification for #OHM hours today , the notification read as below

You could be getting paid for saving energy Friday from 5:00-7:00PM PDT, but your account is incomplete.Complete your account here so you can earn points (redeemable for cash) in your next #OhmHour!

Can someone let me know what step I am missing in the account completion process?

    I received that same message and have no idea what step i am missing as well. Let me know if you found out what step was missing.
