Anyone else feel like usage is wrong for 10/10?

I just got my usage for 10/10, 7p-8p and mine is way off. I personally shut off the power to the house at the breaker box and consistently register at 0.0 kw or very close to it. 10/10 says I used .81 kw even though I had the power completely turned off. I am wondering if they tracked a different hour accidentally.

OC is using the data provided in the feed by your utility.

What does your utility say for your usage in that time period? If they say you used 0.81 then that's what OC will say you used. If that's not correct, I would think it's on you to get your utility to correct it. Also, is it possible that your utility has provided estimated data and it'll be corrected in the coming days?

I also supposedly used too much! Strange how we both had issues on 10/10! I even unplugged my refrigerator. I object to this reading and want it substantiated. I've been very diligent!

I logged in to PG&E and for some reason, the 1 ohm hour says "Data Estimated" beside it. Am I out of luck whenever PG&E decides to estimate the data? Glad I didn't lose a streak over it as I just barely came under with their estimates

    Electric usage 10/10/2017 19:00 19:14 0.2 kWh $0.05 * This data was estimated
    Electric usage 10/10/2017 19:15 19:29 0.2 kWh $0.06 * This data was estimated
    Electric usage 10/10/2017 19:30 19:44 0.2 kWh $0.06 * This data was estimated
    Electric usage 10/10/2017 19:45 19:59 0.21 kWh $0.06 * This data was estimated
    Electric usage 10/10/2017 20:00 20:14 0.21 kWh $0.06 * This data was estimated

No, you're not "out of luck". At some point in time in the coming days PG&E will update the data and the change should then be recalculated by OC and reflected on your dashboard. It might take a day or two for this to happen ONCE PG&E have corrected it. If it takes too long for the corrected data to come through from PG&E you might need to ask OC to recalculate it if you notice no change. Perhaps @Claudia can confirm.

Did you miss @UkiwiS suggestion as to what should happen?
