Incorrect usage reported on ohmconnect dashboard

Hi Team,

On January 8th and January 13th, we made sure to turn off all the lights and stay out of the house and still ohm dashboard reported a lot high usage. Just to make sure, I did verify the usage with my utility usage online (PGE) and it shows lesser usage than forecasted.

Can you please exlplain?

Thanks,
Sachin.

Hi @Sachin Yerrawar . Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into why some folks are seeing inaccurate meter data and will let you know what we find early next week.

Of course, all your participation and streaks will be credited once we identify the underlying issue. Can you please visit this thread for updates? Thanks!

Hi Curt, I'm having the same issue as well. Can you take a look at my account?

I don’t understand why my mega ohms are not higher since I shut off all my circuits breakers during these times. Also, I’m still Eaton 8/10 ohm hours!! I got screwed once out of hours back in June. Can you look into my hours!!
