Connecting to SDG&E

So, I've been going round and round with Scott from the "customer service" department for weeks. I haven't been able to resolve the connection issue I am having with SDG&E. I do not see an "authorize" button and have a previous account that I am trying to reactivate. Does anyone know how to solve this? All Scott has been doing is asking met he same questions over and over again.

  • The reason why you can't resubmit your information is because you already tried entering your utility on a previous account. Both systems have records of your account and due to fraudulent activities, the system will not let you move forward if there are records of your account twice. This is something we would have to look into and possibility give to the engineers.
