I ordered a smart plug for my refrigerator but it’s only good on small appliances. I have gotten no response from Ohm support after repeated attempts. Has anyone successfully returned a smart plug?

I have successfully returned a defective smart plug. They exchanged it and there was no out of pocket expense. Returning it is another story. I use my HS110 on 3 different refrigerators and have no problem. What model is your smart plug? I think even the mini HS105 will work on a refrigerator. How did you find out yours was only good for small appliances?
