Normally we get an email the day before the OhmHour, but not today. I got the email at 6:52 PM for todayl's 7-8 PM OhmHour. That's not fair
Most of the time, I get the email and the dashboard doesn't update until much later. Sometimes the Buddy page doesn't update until right before the OH. It's all hit and miss.
@mhutchen What they've done in the past when this happens is apply their own Streak Shield card so you don't lose anything if you go over. If you're under, then you still get the points for what you saved. If you have a problem after the OhmHour is scored, let them know at [email protected] and they will make things right.
I try to check in on the dashboard every morning, historically the hour for that day is posted but there have been times it came later. I don't rely on only email for an alert.
I got -20 points and did contact them. I had to go back to their e-mail response to learn that in spite of my complaining, I still had to ask them to implement the correction.
