Status level is still Silver but have 55% savings over last 20 #OhmHours

Trying to understand why Platinum status requirements are "Save 40% of expected energy use over past 10+ events" and it says mine is "55% Difference Average last 20 #OhmHours" yet I'm only at Silver status.

    @Scott K

    Do you have Solar?

    No solar. Just turning everything off during ohmhours.

    If you do have Solar the rules are different. You need to save an average > @Scott K said:

    You need to contact [email protected]

    @anguye42 can help with this

    I turn everything off too and I can't get passed silver no matter what I do. I find this to be very frustrating and beginning to thing this is just a waste of my time.

    What did [email protected] say?

    I don't know where my status gone. Just paste it and boom. It was nowhere.

    Are you saying that you tried to paste a screenshot of your status here and there was an explosion and the image disappeared? I'm not at all clear what you are saying.

  • @Scott K the ohmhours you have accumulated prior to your account going back to bronze was not accounted for because that data is over 1-2 years old. I counted your information and the calculations are correct.
