Honeywell Wifi Thermostat not working anymore

I am having constant trouble controlling my Honeywell WiFi thermostat.
When I initially set it up several months ago it worked perfectly with OhmConnect.
Now, when I've manually controlled the thermostat on the Honeywell app, it won't control it from the OhmConnect dashboard or for OhmHours anymore.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the WiFi in my devices and this doesn't seem to work.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thank you.

    @Jarred Pinn

    Yes, same issue here. OC is aware of it but it would be nice if they would add it to the "Known Issues". @Anh, OhmConnect can you do that?

    Here's what's happening to me:

    I can toggle it in the HoneyWell app then refresh OC page but status doesn't OC it always says off. If it is actually off in the App and I toggle it in OC to "cool' it does set the device to cool and is reflected in the App. If I then refresh it on OC it incorrectly shows status as OFF. In OC, If I toggle it to cool and then to Off it does not make any changes to the device at all.

    I started having this same issue a couple weeks ago. Any updates?

    All myself to the list of concerned Honeywell users, my last 3 OhmHours (past two weeks) OC hasn't switched my T-stats, and I've seen the same issues that UkiwiS has mentioned.

    I am having similar issues with the $250 Nest Thermostat I purchasted. I have come to the conclusion this is too much technology to employe individuals who earn a living working for OHM and SCE or whoever is your utility in exchanged for the work we do and the return we get. Thermostats last 20-years or more. How old are you going to be in 20-years? I will be 92. Am I going to be opening a computer and a cell phone and messing with a thermostat that keeps having problems? I probably will not be able to see the cell phone. I already have macular degeneration. SCE has not paid me the rebate and is denying the additional $75 and OHM is backing them up with a bogus story that I had to purchase from OHM. That was never in the rules, in fact the website said I could purchase elsewhere. I also have another $100 invested in smart plugs I have spent a lot of time trying to get up and running. I changed Internet companies and now have to go through the who process again This is an explensive hobby. A frustating expensive hobby and Scott from OHM, I will be is pulling down a nice salary, grant jobs usually do. While I want to help the environment I expect them to help me.
