Discussion closed without resolution: Haven’t recieved rest of smart plug rebate


i appreciate the response about getting the rest of rebate added to my account but i still don't see it. what i see is that the discussion has been closed.

    I actually closed it because you created a new discussion when an existing one for this topic already existed. I'll be closing this one as well.

    I linked you to the main discussion for this topic in the thread so you'd find it. I'm just trying to keep things tidy so don't take it personally.

    If you want to track it yourself then don't do it here....you should contact support directly via the help menu. :)
