Message about device not being turned off

Is there a way to stop the "We couldn't turn off your device" messages and texts? Whenever I flip the breakers lately, I get this text. I don't mind it, but I find it kind of silly to get it after the breaker is flipped. (FYI: This is a new message. I started getting it when I started getting invited for Prize Hours.)

I don't mind the extra hundred points... though I would rather get the points for flipping my breaker.
