Since I have participated in each ohm connect hour that I have been given.... Why do I have negative points on 2/21? My husband and I shut the electricity to our house so how could we do more to save? Could wrong information be given by PGE?

    Yes, sometimes the utilities report estimated amounts instead of actual amounts if there was a meter reading issue. Try logging in to pge.com and look at your usage on 2/21 to see how it matches up to OhmConnect's numbers. If there is a difference, contact OhmConnect support using the "Contact Support" button on the help screen and tell them about it.
