Inform users how many total base points can be awarded before each OhmHour (i.e. "This OH is worth up to 130 base points for a 100% reduction.")
Provide more accurate estimated response times when contacting support, even if that means telling users it will likely be 10 business days before you get a reply.
Provide users with annual or quarterly earnings statements to give users some sense of ownership.
Provide more accurate forecasts for how many OhmHours are anticipated in the next month that are area specific, even if that means telling users there will likely be no OHs in the next month.
