3 day response time?

I have tried to reach out to support several different ways for days now & have not received a single response, not even an automated one. Very poor customer service to say the least, & it seems a lot of ppl are having the same issues. How do you get the attention of the support team? Do I just take my complaint straight to the Better Business Bureau instead of trying to resolve the issue with the support team alone? They are flat out ignoring their customer requests for help/answers.

    especially when you send them a message and they say right on their answer replies are answered in 1 day. Not maybe 1 day, not sometimes 1 day, not more than 1 day but 1 day.
