5 ohm hours dating back to June not credited yet
I've been sending emails to 'support' since June. We're now up to 5 TBD hours dating back to 5/20. I simply want this resolved. I've even done the work and told them the kw for each of those hours from smart meter Texas. I'm at a loss as to what I do at this point to get resolution on this. I've been emailing them since June for some help.
