Looking for an answer to a question you asked support?

sent a question to the support a few days ago. Normally when I get an answer I get it in my regular email and on the support box. This time the answer only appeared in my support box. Of course I was not looking for it there so I was surprised today when I got an email saying they were closing the question since I did not respond. So I checked the support box and sure enough twice my issue was discussed in the last three days. But never in my email. So if you are looking for help and don't get anything via email, check the support box.

I have no response at all. I am checking both. Do we have to pay 4.95 a month to participate in autoohm hours.

No. AutoOhms are free, if you bring your own device. If you sign up for OhmSmart, which costs $4.99/month, they'll give you two smart plugs, though.

I tried to go to this forum on a different computer, and I can't even figure out a way to login. I wonder if I will lose access completely when the session cookie expires on this computer?

@markb this is what i was talking about here. i have a shortcut on my home page linked to https://forum.ohmconnect.com/ but i happened to notice that the forum link was missing from the help page. There used to be a link at the bottom of OhmConnect's main page that actually said "forum" but that's gone now. After a bit of searching i found that the link is still there at the bottom of https://ohmconnect.com/ but you have to click on where it says Community. They seem to be making the forum harder to access... i really hope they don't just close it down. Even tho there's hardly anyone on here anymore. 😭

Oops.. I meant to post over in that thread. But the problem isn't the missing link, it's the login federation. On this computer, I'm already logged into the forum, and it doesn't matter how I get here. I can click the link at the bottom of the homepage, or just type in the URL. On my other computer, I'm not logged in, no matter how I get here. And if I click the login link, it takes my to https://login.ohmconnect.com (where I am logged in) and it just leaves me there. If I go back to the forum, I'm still not logged in here.

I'm afraid if my session expires on this computer, I'll be locked out of the forum permanently! Not that it matter much, because this place is super dead. I guess if people can't find it easily, they don't find it at all.
