No AutoOhm notification & "your device didn't earn"

Still having issues with AutoOhms after last night. Seems like the first of the day earns, but after that - even if your power is off for the full period - nothing is earned. I also didn't get a notification text - my plugs just shut off at 6:15. I really like the premise of this program but I sure hope they work out the kinks soon!! (I did get a reply to my email to support last night that accounts are being reviewed manually and credited. Hopefully they continue that until things are running smoothly.)
