Why am I getting a blank screen when trying to confirm my participation or opt-out?

I don't even know how to approach this... at times I need to opt out. I'm currently receiving the alerts via phone notification, but when I click on one at the beginning of an OhmHour, it takes me to a blank screen. Is there any other way to access the option out option? Right now I have no way to opt out and have lost points because of it.

    @dserfozo Yes, set up to get notifications by email as well.

    @Kate from OhmConnect I resolved the issue by signing up for emails and responding that way. Using the app, it still loads a blank page at first but seems to be resolving to the dashboard. However, using this method does not give me the option to opt out, which is why this was a problem in the first place.
