Moved and energy expectations seem more drastic.

I moved from an apartment to a house and feel like the expectations of energy use have stayed the same. Is there a way to reset it according to my neighbors use and area i live in now?

I don't know how that works when you move but would assume the forecast is based on your last 10 days of actual usage at the new address.. Did you sign up again with the new address?

I had to resign the authorization for the new address and since they have the information from the energy company, think they would be able to figure it out or have an option if you moved.
