My 8/15 Mega Hour is still TBD on 8/22. I have seen somewhere that SDG&E updated to OC on 8/19. Why am I still TBD?

I'm having the same issue. 8/15 has not been updated, but subsequent dates have been. So, why is there a problem updating 8/15?
