Email clearly said get 500 bonus POINTS. Not tokens. POINTS. So here's my tallies:

When I had never flipped my breaker, they offered 500 points for me to try it.
However, ever since my first time, I've always had 500 tokens awarded for every breaker flip.
Same here, despite the email saying it would be points this time. It's possible they're going to manually fix it later, though. I'm going to wait a bit to see if it is corrected.
Precisely why I am visiting this forum for the first time. I drove home early from an event to ensure my main breaker circuit was thrown 10 min before Ohm Hour to ensure I got my 500 points. No 500 points for me either.

I think this was amended as I got my 500 POINTS adjusted today. Check yours and ask why if it does not happen.
