I chatted with you over a week ago regarding my account receiving 0 points during OHM hours that I reduce energy. I exalined that I had already un-enrolled from a conflicting incentive program (over a month ago now). There is no "complete" button available in my account, as I had clicked it right after I un-enrolled from the conflicting program You stated that you were going to look into the issue. I see another OHM hour in which i saved energy has come and gone since then and I am still be awarded 0 pints.0December 2016
